This session outlines how Windmill Primary School has discussed and agreed core principles in the key areas of teaching, feedback and assessment, enabling and empowering staff to develop practice that is most effective to promote progress in their classroom. This is a forward-thinking way to promote the development of teaching and learning across a school. It is a real-life example detailing successes and also reflections about future developments in practice as a result of the implementation of a new way of working.
